I did some reading online and read these horror stories about how the dog was so jealous of the baby that it attacked and I was just like...oh my god. I didn't let this phase me much because our dog is really just the sweetest ever. So, we did a lot of research on what the best way would be to properly introduce our pup to the new baby.
I thought it would be great to let him share for himself what he remembers about the day our lives changed forever. So without further ado, here is Wyatt's birth story from the perspective of my baby daddy.
Whether that is natural breastfeeding, formula feeding, pumping/bottle feeding, just do what works for you and your child! I had such a hard time realizing this that "fed is best" whatever that means to you.
While I know that rules will need to be in place for Wyatt as he grows up I think it is more important that we as his parents are setting the right example for him first and foremost. There are so many of aspects of his life that I cannot teach him through a "rule".
I think I handled our first night away from our son pretty well. I did find myself feeling guilty for a moment, having that feeling like I was maybe doing something irresponsible or that I should be home with him.
